Tachibana is the citrus fruit, native to Japan. Here is the deep story of a man. About 1900 years ago, Emperor Suinin asked a loyal aristocrat Tajimamori to obtain “The fruit of Tachibana,” which was known as the fruit of immortality. It took 10 years to search Tachibana. After his hard work of 10 years, when he came back with Tachibana, he came to know that Emperor Suinin had already passed away. With lamentation and his royalty, Tajimamori also died and buried with respect. It is said that Tajimamori is the only one non-imperial man, enshrined next to imperial tomb. Since Tachibana was the precious sweets at the time, Tajimamori is called the god of sweets.
